Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

Anne Alms Consulting LLC ("Anne Alms Consulting," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company.

Strategy Session — $395

The Strategy Session is a single 60-minute working session, paid at the time of booking.

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session, or after the session has taken place, are non-refundable.
• One complimentary reschedule is included, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking date.

Fit calls

The 20-minute fit call is free and is not subject to this policy. If you can't make it, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your calendar invitation.

Sales Assessment, Advisory, Team Training & Sales Systems, and KnowNext

These engagements are scoped individually. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for them are set out in the signed agreement or statement of work for that engagement, which governs in place of the terms above.

The Belief Builder Assessment™ and other free tools

Free tools, assessments, and educational content are provided at no cost and are not subject to this policy.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email anne@annealms.com with your name, the service purchased, and your purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date above.
